Store is upstairs and selection is quite limited. Good products at good prices. My only gripe is male staff member wasn't comforting and approachable at all. When I did ask for information on products, I received short worded answers with no alternative options.

Have a ok range of clothes and sizes - though more expensive than needs to be. Staff are usually eager to help.

I took my brother in law’s rucksack into their repair centre. My daughter had borrowed his rucksack for her Duke of Edinburgh expedition and damaged it. My sister and I were horrified as he rarely lends out his beloved mountain gear. The ladies could not have been more helpful and professional. I could see lots of parcels of repairs so they obviously have many customers who are using their services and I could see why. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs a repair of their ‘mountain gear’. A huge thank you. My brother in law is talking to me again!

absolutely top notch repair job! only reason not give 5 star is it took 2 months to get it back. hope that's just because they were moving. anyway, highly recommended, but try to get time estimated before hand.

Shop is a little cramped with lots of stock on the shop floor. Could not have asked for better service though. Staff were knowledgeable about their products and we were approached by no less than 2 employees for help in our relatively short visit.

Dropped the car off for a health check, because I'm going to be doing a lot of driving in the near future. It's always tricky when you're female and/or have little knowledge of cars. Always worried if they are they going to be honest with me?!? But I shouldn't have worried. The check was done quickly and staff were very helpful. The report came back that the car's in good condition- and they gave me a recommendation for something that will be needed - but not immediately. So no unexpected bill :-) Also - the car needed wheel-trims (I learned these aren't called hubcaps any more!) and the chap on the desk initially said the store next door would fit them for me. But he then arranged for the garage to fit them for me. Small thing, but was much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

Big shout out to the beautiful gent who rescued my cleat from my bike pedal and refitted it to my shoes then sorted out the alignment for me. I put the shoes back on when i made it along the road to the cycle path to sunny Puerta Bella and had no further mishaps all the way back through Edinburgh and along the canal back to Polmont. You sir, are a true hero. Thank you so much. Think i completed at least 90 miles today and the last 10 were almost as easy as the first 10 because of those cleats. Big love to you, Sir from the Giant rider wi aw the gear and nae idea. x
